Terms & Conditions SBOTOP Malaysia – Complete Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sbotop" / "We" / "Platform" refers to the sbotop-app.com website and all services offered under the sbotop Malaysia brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers and uses the sbotop platform.
• "Account" refers to a player's registered account with sbotop for accessing betting and casino services.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on the sbotop platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in your sbotop account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other benefits offered by sbotop to players as incentives.
• "Wagering Requirements" (Wagering Requirements) refer to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

To register and use the sbotop platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus one time only unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the sbotop support team. Upon account closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Sbotop provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. sbotop is not liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of internet service disruptions, technical failures, or scheduled system maintenance.
• Losses arising from incorrect betting decisions made based on information obtained from third-party sources.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the sbotop platform.

In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of sbotop to any player shall not exceed the net deposit value of that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.
